Having multiple Real Estate Developments at
any given time while trying to send out all the information associated with
each one to prospective buyers can be a nightmare. Advertising in newspapers is
very expensive and only reaches those that take the paper you advertise in.
Almost everyone now has a computer and or access to the internet.
My goal was to have a website that was easy to navigate, contain all the
information about each development, could be expanded when needed for the
future and was easy for me to maintain. P44 Technologies gave me all that and more and they

At Dora Cox Realty we are delighted with our
new web design at www.doracoxrealty.com created by P44 Technologies.
The new site looks professional and inviting. Most importantly, it
makes our agents money!! Within a week, with only a few houses loaded, we wrote
an offer on a house the buyer found and selected based on information he found
on our new website! Within just the few weeks P44's new web design has been
operational it has paid for itself several times over with new leads for buyers
and sellers. I have had a web presence at this URL for over a year with little
response. Since P44's work has been operational I have been amazed at the
response. Design does make a difference!!
The site is picture driven. P44 worked hard to create a site that would load
quickly but maintain the integrity of the original pictures. There are no wavy
lines or digital fingerprints. The pictures load, even on dialup connections,
in less than six seconds! A buyer can enjoy looking at many of the pictures
without losing interest because of the usual time lag to load a quality
picture.
P44 Technologies was a joy to work with. They took our problems and concerns and gave us
solutions. His creative eye and originality of presentation gave our web site
staying power. Persons shopping online for real estate find and return to our
web site. They search not only our listings, but all the listings available in
our area. P44 created a window within a window to keep buyers searching the
"all area listings" service to remain actually within our web site rather than
traveling away to a new site and getting lost. This new website is easy to use,
both as an agent uploading information, and as a buyer surfing the web.
They created a new e-mail site for all of our agents to enable all the agents to
check their e-mail anywhere they have access to the internet. This has enabled
our agents to respond faster to all inquiries from our web site customers.
From the comments of our customers and the properties listed and sold as a
result of our new website, my only regret is that I did not find P44 Technologies sooner.
